I'm Aaron Nelson – a dedicated family man, Realtor, and proud San Angelo native with a passion for enhancing our community through real estate.

As a Central High School graduate, holder of a Finance degree and MBA from Angelo State University, I've spent over 14 years in real estate, earning a reputation for client-centric service. As the founder of EXIT Realty Advantage in San Angelo, I've fostered a culture of collaboration and support, making us a leading brokerage in San Angelo.

My commitment extends to community involvement – a past president of the San Angelo Association of Realtors, a Trustee of TREPAC, and an RPAC Hall of Fame inductee. Named Realtor of the Year in 2021 and a 20 Under 40 award recipient, I'm also a NAR Director and Texas Realtor Leadership Program graduate.

With a keen eye for real estate investment, I've acquired over 100 properties, specializing in single and multifamily units. In line with my commitment to our community, I founded Angelo Rentals Property Management, now one of the region's largest property management firms, emphasizing honesty, integrity, and transparency.
